Q: I will make a reservation for '3-Day Bus Tour to Grand Canyon West (Skywalk), Hoover Dam from Las Vegas ' departing from Las Vegas. But We want to make an extension of hotel on the day we arrive in Los Angelas(the last day of our tour) I will book from December 26~28, so we need an accomodation for December 28 for 4 people , one room Can you tell me how much do we have to pay n how to pay for it?

All departure flights for this tour must be after 9:30pm.
Unfortunately, the bus department will not confirm your flight information if its before 9:30pm, as delays to the tour may impede on your departure time if its too early.
In order to assure all customers make it to their flights, the flights must be arranged after 930pm.
Alternatively, we suggest taking a shorter tour that will fit into your travel plans.

In order to get the buy 2 get 1 free offer, you need to input 3 people in 1 room.
Being that you have 5 people going on tour, you will need to book 2 rooms.
Hotels only allow up to 4 people in 1 room.
The total price for 3 people in room 1 and 1 adult and 1 child in room 2 will be $2,466.00 ( non holiday departure date )
Please note :
The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *admission fee) on share room basis.
*Prices listed have NOT been adjusted, when you click "Calculate" or "Book" button, the system will auto-calculate the discounted price.

Our Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion is applicable on a shared room basis.The maximum number in any room booked on tour is 4 people, regardless of age.
For your family of 5, you will need 2 hotel rooms while on tour.
Price Breakdown:
1:2 Adult Tikcets + 1 Chid Ticket
2:2 Adult Tickets
Total Amount = $1,696.00
For the hotel extension, you will have to wait to book a hotel extension until the night of 1/2, as we do not currently have extensions in the area available for 12/31 or 1/1 at this time.

This means that if 3 people share one room, the 3rd person will be free for the tour, except any applicable admission fees.

Yes, this tour is a very popular tour that tends to sell out.
This last Yellowstone season, we did not cancel any Yellowstone date due to low enrollment. All departures were sold out.
We recommend making your reservation for Yellowstone as far in advance as possible.
This tour does have an option of ending in Las Vegas; however, please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation, as that will need to be reconfirmed while processing your order.However, this tour normally ends in Los Angeles, with drop off service at LAX airport.
